5. Buying process

The shipment will be possible in case of the purchase with minimum price of 200 euros. On the territory of Spain the shipment is free of charge. Your order will be considered effective only when you receive an email from us with the relevant income confirmation. Therefore, the delivery times are started counting from the date of receiving our email with the relevant income confirmation. Your purchase will not be delivered until the payment of the order is verified through one of the above systems.
5.3 Shipment (Delivery)
The shipment of purchased goods will be made with help of the transport service in the terms specified further, according to the destination of purchased goods. In order to avoid shipment problems (wrong address, absence of the customer at the indicated address etc.) it is extremely important to fill the order form correctly. All information about the shipment of your purchased goods (price /if necessary/, destination, terms, transport service) will appear after completing your order process.

7. Exchange and return of goods
If you are not satisfied with the purchase acquired in the ECOPROPULSION online shop, ECOPROPULSION allows the exchange or return of the goods within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods are not opened, used or damaged. ECOPROPULSION will not exchange or return a damaged, used product or a product without its original package. When receiving the product in the proper condition described above, we will refund the value of the returned goods. For a successful product return operation, we will be very grateful if you return the unused goods in excellent condition and in the original package, including forms and instructions for use. It is very important that the goods that are subject to return/exchange are well packaged by you. If the goods are damaged due to incorrect packaging, we will not accept it.
Return of goods to ECOPROPULSION is also possible if the goods are defective initially or, according to our mistake, the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered goods. In this case, ECOPROPULSION will pick up the goods at its own expense and will re-send it.

As soon as we receive the returned goods and make sure that they correspond to the above conditions, ECOPROPULSION will accept the return of the goods and refund the cost (minus the shipping cost spent for shipping of the goods), considering the method of payment, and, if necessary, reshipment of the goods. If you made a credit / debit card payment, the payment will be transferred to that same credit / debit card. If payment has not been made by a credit / debit card, you will need an account number to recover the cost.
The funds will enter on your account within 30 days from the receipt of the returned goods in our warehouse. It should be remembered that in the case of payment by credit card, it is likely that your bank will not show the amount of refund in the balance until the next month. Please note that ECOPROPULSION does not bear the cost of shipping outside of Spain, therefore the payment for the delivery of goods outside of Spain takes place at your expense, except in the case of a defective product or an error in its delivery, in such cases all shipping costs assumes ECOPROPULSION.
